Shilpa Shetty has done a sizzling item number in Dostana in a bikini shot in Miami Beach. These pictures are from her shoot for the item song.
Karan Johar's upcoming movie DOSTANA stars Abhishek Bachchan, John Abraham, Priyanka Chopra and Bobby Deol. Dostana is expected to be a remake of 80s classic which starred Amitabh Bachchan, Shatrughan Sinha and Zeenat Aman in the lead role.
Karan Johar initially approached Priyanka Chopra and asked her to tone her body to look perfect in bikini; but she declined to shoot a song in a two-piece bikini. Then Karan Johar approached Shilpa Shetty for Dostana, who readily accepted the offer and even agreed to wear bikini for an item song. Thus, her dream of working with renowned filmmaker Karan Johar came true.
Karan had also approached Aishwarya to play the leading lady opposite Abhishek and John but the plot did not sound thrilling to Ash and she turned it down.
Shilpa's last scorching item number was with Shool, 10 years back. She also did item numbers in other films like Fareb, Badhaai Ho Badhaai etc., but in those films she had also played the lead roles.
